What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality gold-filled, PVD coated stainless steel, or alloy metals, with cubic zirconia, pearls, or other decorative stones. All items are nickel-free and hypoallergenic unless stated otherwise.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Gold filled jewelry is low maintenance, but not no maintenance. To keep your jewelry gleaming:
- Avoid saltwater, chlorine, or harsh chemicals
- Store in a dry, cool place when not in use.
- Gently clean with warm water and a soft cloth if needed
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.
Necklaces, Bracelets, and Rings: Can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in original condition, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as the return is processed.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1-3 business days, and delivery times depend on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
- US Shipping: We ship ONLY to United States.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the U.S.
